I know it’s unrelated, but can I just say how much I absolutely hate Aisha’s NA voice?
She’s 15 at the youngest, which lasts 3 hours of gameplay time. Then she’s 17.
Why the fuck does she sound like an exceptionally annoying 10 year old?! And I thought Rena’s JP voice was too young for the character. Dear Arceus…..
And how did they fuck up by actually getting Christina Vee, but miscast her as Rena instead of Eve?! Oh right, KOG’s gonna KOG.
cris vee as rena is fine to me, it still fits her quite well.

you do know how much KOG is fucking up right?
if ppl “just play the game” and not speak out, then that’s practically saying “feed us more shit KOG! we’ll eat it with a smile!”
The issue is less that people aren’t having fun, it’s that they don’t try to find ways to have more fun. Thus why game developers find negative opinions from players…less than productive. And many cases acting in favor of those people upsets the community in the long run, because the vocal few do not represent the many.
The voices, I actually like Aisha’s Voice because it fits with her personality. Aisha is described as a loud and a energetic girl which translates to me despite being a know it all she is not quite mature as she thinks she is look at how she acts in a lot of her intro and ending animations in a stage and her quotes. Plus to me she comes of as vain and has a ego to match her wit. I don’t see her as the really calm or calculated individual yes she is smart ,but she is still child like in some ways. I’ll agree she is no Loli that belongs to Lu and that voice could work there too ,but I always imagined Lu to be a bit spoiled and purposely acts childish and kind of cutesy where as Aisha I can see despite her age to be a bit childish because of her loud and energetic nature.
Cristina Vee as Eve? I cannot see that for some odd reason I don’t know many roles she has played where she could be lacking emotion ,but really has more emotion than the character likes to believe she does not have. Plus Eve is well noble and very princess like ,but not spoiled. Hope we get someone that can fit the bill in NA..
Now for Ravens voice, as someone who plays all Ravens I am in the middle with his voice overall good for talking ,but not at the shouting of attacks or expressing much beyond I am the gruff and cold mercenary with a very well sad back story from someone who raised up the ranks on his own merits to being betrayed and well losing everything. I think the actor could have done more with this as Raven is more than just a character with a tragic past. Apparently he has quite the knowledge on combat tactics on the field of combat, is a natural leader , can pilot an airship and he is one you don’t want to piss off. He is fierce ,but when he is cool or lamenting he has regrets and hopes and I wish that was played out just as much because he is also humble in a lot of ways. As for his battle shouts those need more work because even when shouting he sounds quiet especially as an RF who is all rage in battle! His seriousness is good ,but everything else is missing to me.
I think more could have done for his voice ,but to be fair I think a lot of us have our own imaginations how these character should sound and just for fun. *In Napoleon Dynamites voice* Elesis will have the best voice of all characters because she is special and KOG’s baby. Lawl and we have accept it. (Joking)
