    Finally supersonic buster isn’t completely trash anymore and it took them 2/3 years to finally nerf ara’s power stun on most of her skill. Good patch but still terrible.

      Being able to run around doing 5.6k% to every enemy you touch for 10 seconds on a character with Teleport is really, really stupid. As shown in this video (linking to 1:09:19, the start of one of many runs in the stream): youtu.be/bVuIVNd7z1A?t=1h9m19s

      Yes, that person has a +11 Type-Void weapon, but considering they’re soloing an Elrianode stage (on the harder difficulty I believe) without the Heroes Assemble buff, something like that should not be that simple; there’s a reason that the “damage decrease over time” thing happened for long range skills, and [Change] Blaze Step in its original state directly went against it, so it was obvious that it needed a nerf (even though it may have been excessive, I don’t know).

      As for normal Blaze Step, those aren’t [Enhanced] damage values, and it’s a buff for bossing (and actually makes the Useful trait actually do more damage than traitless), just a nerf for clearing (though I imagine that’s what most use it for).

        They could reduce it to something more acceptable tbh. Normal Blaze Step lost half the damage and Force got reduced to something between 32 to 33% of original damage in the first hit and overall damage between 65 and 66%. Its odd that they even care for a balance that mostly affects PvE.
        If the real issue is the mobility cause of teleport, then better link it in some way that while using Blaze Step, Teleport can only be used twice or the cooldown is higher and get rid of the movement reduction so it is worth it.

          Its a valid point actually.
          Some chars have the potential to clear rooms even with lower cost skills and from greater distance, meanwhile some others have to rely on higher cost skills (at least Strength) and move to the enemy position.
          If there was a way to re-balance this they picked one of the worst options, to the point that almost both Normal and Force skills deal the same amount of damage (just by 2 and without final enhanced effect).

This is a “Free to Play” game mind you, their intentions is to steal your wallet with “IB’s” and the chance for a +34 Void Weapon. It’s all psychological~ Who’s popular? Who’s getting bored of who? Nerf or Buff? They need ya hooked, and they mess with your brain to keep ya hooked. People quitting temporarily is actually beneficial. If people don’t play for awhile, they’re even rewarded for it. It’s easier to make people want to buy your shit when things become “fresh and new” for them, than it is when the people currently playing are getting “sick and tired of the same old shit”. Nerf a character, lose players(and possibly gain players who hated the characters before the nerf), buff a character and ya gain players back(or lose players, but again this is a good thing).

        Sériously, she lost her super armor while using blaze step, to remid you something almost every mobs are on super armor before even seeing you on the screen and rushing at you. Means you fall down and wont be able to use all the potential of blaze step. This is a first point. Second Aisha keep losing DPS in every skills at a point that almost every chara does more damage than her, with many skill. She has to do about 3 skills combo to clear a map while every chara have to do a single skill. Plus like i said befor she doesn’t ave super armor like many chara and have to be close to the enemys ? come on…

        They already removed the superarmor on it and gave it a ridiculous movement speed penalty. Spamming teleport was the only way to still make the 300 mp costing skill viable because otherwise it’s duration would run out while you try to run at enemies with the speed of a slug. If they want to nerf the damage give it back it’s previous superarmor and movement speed. This game has a really bad habit of delivering nerfs to Aisha without proper buffs for compensation.

      meh, it’s fine. running around while dealing 5k% damage is too OP as aether sage player i do feels bad about my party not getting any hits.

      To give some context, normally clearing skills that allow you to speedclear through a map have below 2k% unless they are conditional, and horizontal clears are considered conditional unless they are very dominant in speedy casting and range like Shockwave.

      Blazing Wing gets nerfed for this reason over and over, doing around 1400% damage if it’s not the Force skill. It has critical trait, so the ratio is more effective in endgame.

      As for something like Flying Kites, it does around 3.1k% with Heavy trait. The cooldown is massive to say the least and resource gathering isn’t like popping a potion, so they can’t nerf a skill like that just because it clears fast, since it is 100% not doing it for the majority of the dungeon unless you have CDR ERP and literally oneshot every mob for the refund. Meaning, it has a massive gear and ERP requirement.

      Blaze Step was in this area of not needing much ERP or gear to be doing much. +10 Heroic EMs were able to oneshot in teams of 4 for weaker mobs and almost oneshot the beefier mobs.

      Anyway, the nerf isn’t really bad for endgame Aisha’s, they’re just telling you to get geared if you want to speedrun. The bad thing is the traits on the skill, one that is ok for leveling but the other is just simply a noobtrap.

      The Suppressions (especially SD/YR’s) were way overdue for a good nerf that actually meant something in PvP, and as long as they kept that Power Stun and a cost that allows their Defense reduction to be good and viable in PvE without MP restoration, there would be no way for it to be worth using and reasonable in both PvE and PvP. Maybe with a nerf or few more, YR might almost fall out of the top ~5 characters in 1v1 for the first time in over 3 years.

      Though with the state of Stuns in PvP, I almost wonder if normal hitstun would have been a better idea.

        They already set resist cap to 80%, stuns are now fine unless you’re fighting a specific matchup that practically ignores stuns. Shadow’s Decent (yes it is spelled that way, friggin localization team) would be necessary 100% otherwise if they didn’t do that.

        And entertaining endgame’s response here is kinda dumb. He doesn’t pvp and is ignoring the context of the buffs. LP was underperforming (and both he and Tempest Burster shared the second hyper lackluster damage issue), EE got nerfed, and the rest of the characters like RF/BH had underwhelming passives because KOG didn’t learn their lesson from Vishnu/Apsara’s passive. GA was the only one who had skills that weren’t doing their job properly despite being intended to, and the Hyper change was long overdue.

          Even with 80% maximum resistance, that would mean that some people (probably most that optimize their PvP setups) will be Stunned for about 0.4 seconds by Suppression, and then will return to a neutral state, allowing another action such as Awakening or using a skill immediately (at least if they’re on the ground).
          I don’t recall how long the recovery is on the Suppressions, but 0.4 seconds might not be enough to make use of the skill decently well if the recovery animation is too long.

      For that matter. Which is better in PvE, regular Blaze Step or [Mod] Blaze Step?

    I remember the days, when People or Mobs ran out of my CNs Judgement Spear.
    Then it got a Black Hole effect, not a big one, but good enough to ensure a hit with dmg that is actually lowclass for the needed MP.

    And now they remove it again, just to reduce the already pretty low 15sec Cooldown to 12 sec?

    That f*ckin’ Power Stun is finally removed. YESS MAN YES! Other chars have to wait 180s to use power stun HAs that have no defense or speed reduction or “Helpless” shit… Gaining MP is also easy for Ara(t). Nice KOG~
    Blaze Step: LOL. What’s the point of nerfing it when no one uses it in PvP? Its powerful status was removed also, then what is the point?? (but I may agree a lil’ bit with decreasing the Force one idk. 10,192% = broken or not lol?)
    [Enhanced] Aussalt Spear, heh? Idk if this is a nerf, cuz [Enhanced] makes it unuseable in PvP, and no one uses it in PvE. Not really a nerf tho…
    Most of Daybreaker changes are visual changes. Don’t really mind.
    So RH is buffed. He was weak in KR server or…?
    Idc about Ele. Looks quite unoticable.
    TB’s HA is buffed.
    I like EE but haven’t tried him yet. How bad is the nerf?

    Everytime i look over elesis’ “balance” it’s always a nerf. Now i haven’t been on for 3 months, but i check every now and then. They rid of her annoying iron body which she is known for makes her like a dead Main. Not specifically the iron body nerf but her overall nerf from all 3 job paths. I barely see any elesis vids compare to other characters.
    Btw, if they scrapped the iron body knock down feature, what happened to CA’s passive that does damage when she uses the kd feature? KoG just swept away another of CA’s charm?

    So is Blaze step getting it’s movement speed and superarmor back? If not this is a really stupid nerf. They have a really bad habit of nerfing Aisha without giving appropriate buffs for compensation. They already removed Blazestep superarmor and made her slower than even normal running speed when it’s in use. Now the first hit damage is nerfed so you won’t even be able to make the most out of the skill before it’s duration ends. It doesn’t even deserve to cost 300 mp anymore.
