because aisha wasn’t nerfed… OZ and Meta actually got buffed and all hypers were nerfed but who cares cause who uses hypers aside from maybe “code: thunderbolt” and “please become a magical girl” anyway?
They indirectly nerf some classes (with the Stack>All skill) they should also change the specific skill damage to ALL skill damage in thier passive (even if most of non-bravery skills at OS are bad). Maybe in the future they will change that, at least the mod plasma is coming back almost nobody uses it anymore (is a way too slow, also you are vunerable to get killed by anything with just superarmor and now most things 1shot you).
[2+ ] Eltears are getting costly since the new all skill are not really a equivalent for the damage for some classes:
10% stacking effect (50%) -> All skill damage 35% (10% is fairly common in eltears) (already losing 15% damage)
[2+10(enhancement level)] (60%) -> All skill damage + [4*10(enhancement level)] (40%) (with +10 being kinda common after the enhancement change).
Losing 20% damage at +10.
I wonder if the new skill damage also affects the hyperskill, probably thats why they nerf most of them. or if them work in pvp
Even if i agree that is a bad system to use skills to nothing just to keep the stack(i also hate to see that waste) there are some classes build to nothing else than spam a kind of skill or just because the other kind of skill are just trash. The only good part i see is that in fast runs we will have a somewhat stable damage all over the dungeon (being lower at the end).
Many things like this opens the gap between old and new players (has usual they are not friendly with them).
Oz got a buff/nerf, the current damage of Mod Plasma is barely what it used to be before it was first nerfed and now the range was cut to probably the range of the base plasma cutter

FINALLY something that is wonderfull,KOG doing a decent job (MOD impact zone with 1300% is acceptable, but normal with 275% still bad, then, how about 500¨% KoG?).
SIX MONTHS to see the Meta getting some buff to get out of the hole. I can now invest in Eltier for Impact Zone.
About HA: All chars are being nerfed, then, it’s balanced.

Anemos still inferior in PvE. That’s nice. I guess i’ll need to wait even longer for some kind of buff for her so I don’t have to use 20+ complete recovery potions per dungeon. Sad, really. Rena might as well be a meme now. On the bright side, I like the shockwave changes for BM and the PvE HA buffs.

And meh, Fate space can get nerfed, I dont use it anyway. Sucks a bit that the 2nd hyper got hit too but then again, THAT SKILL CAN DO OVER 500,000% IF USED RIGHT, ITS EXPECTED.
Impact zone is still weak for 300 mp, even with this buff. Even her strength skills still do more. They act like they’re scared to give it a more reasonable damage value. Probably of all the KR players ready to jump down their throat if they do.
For a 300mp skill it is still weak but meta doesn’t have a lot of good options for bravery stacks so a buff making the skill usable is pretty welcomed.
Yeah but what’s the point in even using it if it doesn’t even do strength skill tier damage? You’re better off just using energy spurt or supernova in place of it along with your strength skills.
It has good range, quick execution, good option for bravery stack (only physical option outside of spurt and nova). Supernova and spurt are both stronger but they both take a few seconds to cast. On top of that if your bravery stack is at 5 it can do some pretty nice damage even after the nerf.

Although, it does come with a Super Armor trait, so im wondering how trollsome thats going to be lol.
vast majority of chanes in RS/RM’s skill is very well welcomed. All they need to do now is get rid of the Enhanced trait on some of his skills, give him a better combo other than trash >>XXZ, and maybe the ability to stack damage better, or earn mana better.

I’m glad they actually buffed Land Demolisher. But the damage was already done imo. I don’t think any CC would forget what happened to both land demolisher’s(*cough*LD doing 2k damage on initial explosion cough). That was in PVE, both doing 2k in it. PVP…let’s not talk about how low damage both LDs were. (200MP just to do 486% damage with mod and 540% for regular LD). Mod LD did have the same utility it did, but it still costed 200MP to use, nullifying people’s arguments that it was fine the way it was. Most people (I said most) tend to have bad memories of CC/IP beating them down (and we know how bad IP’s state is), when really: they were just out skilled by the IP. It’s just a case of outsmarting CC and not aggressively bumrushing him. Most tend to forget that you can’t just be 90% aggressive, sometimes you need to bait classes into striking, and that’s what CC teaches people. I admit, LD was broken as all hell, but now he’s just in the same weird position IP was: meant to be a tank but slowly is losing the tanking potential, seems like they were going for a bruiser but they made his damage mediocre. I’m not saying to make his damage high as hell, but to increase it *slightly* more. But the thing that really needs help is his defense.
I can’t tell you enough how bad WW is in PvP now. You can argue to use the exploding WW, but it’s too buggy and now most characters have super armor or a huge amount of I frames to avoid it. 10 or 13 seconds is really, just too short of time. 20-29 seconds can be a nice balance. However, I’m not a pvper, I just either spar for laughs but I mostly PVE. I’m only asking this on behalf of my friends who play PVP CC, but is suffering from the defense nerfs. I’ve also been going on for a year about this: but *please* buff the damage reduction of guard. 60% really just doesn’t work now for CC’s. WW helped cover it but due to the low duration it’s just a weak damage reduction. It should be back to 89%, or if that’s too OP, make it 84% if possible(although this most likely won’t be considered and I’m just going to get him nerfed further for asking this, but it’s better to express your thoughts then hold it in).
Veteran Technique just needs a QoL change so that his X counter stops blowing people away. 90% chance. And folks imo it’s easy to counter X counter.
Strong Will imo just needs a slight physical damage increase, maybe like 10 or 11%. Not too much, don’t make him BS like FP lol.
Now advanced metabolism (yes this is a passive still believe it or not) still has the same low critical reduction(25%) It needs to be increased to accommodate the critical meta if he is to take more hits. I say like 45%. That way they hit a few critical on him, but at the same time he receives less.(too bad OOR makes this irrelevant lol.).
Let’s not forget elemental training. I believe in PVE it should be back to it’s 150 state instead of 100 and make it stronger in PVE *slightly*. And increase the stun resist back to 60% if possible, 45% is sorta inconsistent(this is for the CC’s that PVP).
Now on to CC passives. I noticed they both got gutted pretty badly, especially Crusader’s armor. Crusader’s armor now only reduce critical hot damage on him by 10%, which is pretty low. I would make it at least 35% or 40%. But I guarantee that isn’t going to happen and he’ll just get another nerf to defenses. The freeze frame nerfs were justified, but I haven’t tested it yet so I’ll get back to that later(now if we can just solve burning punisher’’s).
Ah Berserker passive of CC. This thing took a massive hit. You get 60% in total physical damage in PVE so I have no complaints in that(although I did love the 75%~). But PVP it just hurts for my friends. 9% is pretty harsh just for a 3rd bead berserk mode. I’d say to make it 5% per bead as opposed to the mere 3%. It doesn’t really reward CC’s for doing their job blocking imo.
And Guardian Forve needs an entire rework, it just doesn’t work with the way it functions. If anyone has read this entire thing, you can agree or disagree. I don’t really mind. Just expressing my thoughts on CC’s current state in terms of my experience in PVE and my friends experience in PVP. I honestly do think all in all CC needs a rework. But that’s just me. I doubt anyone is going to read all this lol
