I’d rather have 3rd Job Skill Cut-Ins, considering 2nd Jobs have dedicated Cut-Ins, just have the 3rd Job Portrait as the Cut-Ins is SUPER halfass, considering its supposed to be the peak of a class.

They handle it differently for different characters sometimes. Sometimes they even treat different regions differently. Add for example came out in KR with Psychic Tracer, but when he made it out of KR he only had base class at first.

I mean, TECHNICALLY you could already giv stats to Cut-Ins using Magic Scrolls, then again nobody really cares for +1% to the stat of your choosing, connsidering they cost 350 a pop.
Is just that iirc, you couldn’t use those things on the Base char Cut-Ins.
You know, if you equip a Skill Cut-In on the 4 Skill Types, you get a 4% of the stat you chose
Yeah but with how crazy stats scale nowadays 4% isn’t rlly worth 3.50. Especially since you’re loading up a full 5 dollars to even buy it since there isn’t a 1 dollar option for most of the menus.
4% for 1400 Kching is a pretty bad deal. (Then again, I wouldn’t be surprised if min-maxing whales did this anyway.)
Skill cut-ins with effects can be reused for each tier so it’s 4% for 350 K-Ching.
He means you can equip the same cut-in to all four tiers to get four times the effect.

No you don’t even have to spend a penny. Get free cut-in via Ariel. The Fluttering Heart one. That one can give stats.
Yeah, you can do that with certain cut-ins. If I remember correctly, only the Custom Cash cut-ins that you buy are eligible to be magic scrolled for a stat but the stat is not that great honestly. (like choose one from the four types of skills, active, bravery, strength, tenacity, and gives it 1% more damage. Or something like 1% exp gain or 1% drop rate that are dungeon only. No stat like crit or max)
I guess now we got the option to magic scroll the base cut-in’s but it’s not that big of a deal honestly.

Personally, I like the MP Cost effect the most, so I may go for that one..
exp gain and drop rate is the only ones you should probably get out of that. given all the drop and ERP grinding that won’t ever end at this rate.
MP cost can easily be covered by other means anyway.
Ummm i think it’s quite the opposite. Compared to EXP gain & drop rate, there’s not many stuff out there that can help you reduce your MP cost. And even ratio-wise, it would be wiser to pick MP cost over EXP gain / drop rate… I mean, ERP alone can already boost 200% of your EXP gain / drop rate… Compared to MP cost, even if you spend 100 of your ERP for it, you’ll only get -20%…. And i think 4%:20% (cut-in stat % : ERP effect %) is far better than 4%:200%
Dual magic stones (for EXP), alchemist magic stones (for drop rate), and titles can also boost your EXP gain / drop rate significantly.
You mistranslated. You made it seem like only Laby’s 2nd and 3rd paths got them for free, but according to Senne, it’s actually that they won’t have to wait for them. EVERYONE gets them for free.
