    + ECP 70 so only need limit over and focused strike to access OS mode and give slot to another Spesial Active (sound like Prime has alot good Spesial Active HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)
    + G-Mastery get Damage to Boss Buff so G-Mastery will buff MP Cost, SKill Cooldown and Damage to Boss (waiting for “Rebalance” in other word HARD NERF)
    – Magnetic Guard Magical Damage Buff -15%
    – OverStrike + Limit Over ASD buff total -15%

    It is amazing, you can clearly see the character preferences of KoG xD Some chars get unreasonable buffs while they are already busted as hell, while others need buffs and get nerfed even more. This is not a reboot, this is just another sort of balance patch.

    Well, can’t say I’m happy about the removal of Lunatic Blow, it is one of my main skills. But at least Diangelion got some good stuff. And it seems like Chung got a slight buff? Either way, this pushes for me to get more mod books at least for my Centurion.

    Oh well. Minerva got hit hard glad I finally finished my grind on rose cause this nerf would have made me get pissed! If I was still going nice timing kog. My main got gutted so far and I hope it’s only up from here, maybe add some more ranged skills like mod Neil sniping.

      Minerva is a nerf she lose abou 35% dm on ner nade skill not to mention you can’t so nade burst anymore and they didn’t even compansate her in other area, what new for her is a new linear clear skill ( with horrible aoe) and a special active cool down and magic increase when you use all of your store nade? Why would you want a magic increase after you use all of your skill?

      Tactical field damage increase? Yeah that sucks, but he got buffs in other areas. Also, Reaction Gloves passive buff makes up for it even if it’s a net loss in damage.

      Minerva was the only rose that was actually nerfed, TB got some alright buffs, BIM was made harder but her damage was untouched and even a new skill.

      PO lost some damage but she was already so strong that it barely makes any difference.

      Chung was just buffed for no reason when he needed to be nerfed so yea….

      And luciel is just meh darkness cutter seems like a ciel skill which is pretty neat, but that’s about it.

        TB was a big nerf for me
        since you’re trade off 40% CD reduction for ALL SKILLS
        to only affect a selected amount of skill that either way too slow and deal too little damage or just gonna get you kill when you try to use it since the passive does not affect all special active so really good skill that TB have like aimed strike and burst grenade outright doesn’t get affected by the passive at all.

        and you can’t even manually cancel overstrike so you can at least re apply mp regen buff when needed so overstrike is more of a burden now.

      Depends on the class for Rose.

      TB lost some power but now only needs Miracle Vision + Dust Shot to get into Overstrike mode (gives me room for another special active), MP regen only lasts 10 seconds into Overstrike instead of the full duration of Overstrike (20+ seconds), but she can now cycle through skills much faster with 100% chance of reducing special active cooldown by 20% when in Overstrike. Need to know the actual numbers on Awakened Will: Storm Trooper to know how good the changes there are.

      BkM’s Frenzy’s critical damage now affects party members but only works against bleeding enemies, situationally good but a nerf against enemies with high resists, immunity to debuffs, or enemies that clear debuffs frequently. Multi-Head Shot change is sucky, but I don’t use the skill in PvE so at least that doesn’t affect me. Bloody Lion now increasing Maximize instead of Physical attack by 15% is stupid. No idea on how Bloody Road is yet.

      Minerva remains too niche for me in PvE, with only 3 reliably good skills for clearing. Hoping Penetrating Bullet at least has properly good range for straight-line clearing, but I’m still not playing her.

      Prime Operator got a 16.7% nerf to everything when not bossing, miiiiiiiight break even on bosses, but completely loses the survivability boost that Magnetic Guard gave. Magnetic Generator better be good.

      There’s also the 7.7% damage loss from the Overstrike nerf to all Rose classes, but that’s honestly relatively minor.

      CT got a pretty nice buff actually. Apollyon no longer needs mobs to be at full strength/size, meaning it’s now better at bossing like it should be. Dark Demon’s chance got nerfed finally, which honestly is alright with me, 50% with a new shiny Oriax is plenty enough. Oblivion became better at mobbing. Oriax honestly got changed for the better, skill damage and a CD accelerator? Nice. Ruinous not KDing anymore, and knock back being reduced, makes it more viable to use it’s switching feature with Dark Crescent. Honestly pretty happy about that, just gotta see what that Darkness Cutter is all about. IN’s pretty much the same as before, but with better stacking and more damage. Having Special Actives stack Souls is honestly amazing, so she’ll be able to spam skills much more often, without relying on Soul Eruption. Plus a new spear skill? Yay more spears! Dia’s changes were honestly the coolest. The ability to dash while in madness form is game changing, and being able to throw items is hella convenient. Both forms also get 2 new skills each, which give them more variety, finally. Circle’s deletion doesn’t really affect end game all that much, since that 30% Maxi buff doesn’t really give anyone anything when you have close to capped Maxi already. Plus, that HP recovery was just not very good. Sinister Mind’s change also makes it useful again, with that def reduction upon hit. Then there’s 2 new skills on top of the 4 new Madness skills, Execution, and Boomerang Step. Like Dia, slow down! Too many new skills! I’m pretty excited for my LuCiels, these are some nice changes!

      Chung did get nerfed, deleting lunatic blow hurts dps a decent amount. New Artillery Nova and brutal swing or aceldama dont match up to the damage it did. So now we have to use LF for bossing, which means a lot more mp cost. CC doesn’t have an mp reduction cost passive, nor do his skills refund mp like the other 2 chungs. So at least in bossing aspect it hurt him, and his mp management is going to be pretty annoying even with chugging.

      Lunatic Blow was also basically one out of 2 of his only reliable dps skills in arena for 1v1. He kept his utility, but utility only goes so far if you get nuked by your opponent and can’t dish out damage back. He got a nice buff for 2v2 arena, however.

      Wonderwall having stoic is great and all, but now it only lasts 10 seconds in dungeons, and 5.5 in arena. Wonderwall’s buff is applied the moment you use the skill, not when it finishes casting. So even with the duration trait (5.5s) it’s 5s. But regardless, 130 mp for a stoic is not really a great button when elesis or elboy can do the same thing for less than half the mp cost…. (especially if your opponent just runs after you use it like they should….)

      I would like to mention how they also removed his mp gain on attack 5% that they previously nerfed, as well as his critical resistance. A tank nerf, and mp gain nerf. This passive was basically non existent after the previous nerf, so im not surprised they deleted it. However he really needs some kind of mp management passive for skills like the other 2 chungs in PVE. But that’s for some other time (or never, since KOG never buffs CC except for in the rare occurrences like this patch was. For reference, the only time CC has gotten a buff in the recent past was when 3rd job itself came out, and when pre nerfed mod guardian rage existed.).

      He got the buff in PVE clearing he deserved for a long time, so I’m satisfied with that aspect. Although the tank nerf was unnecessary (regardless, people are overlooking that it even happened because of all the buffs he got.)

    My guess was right on the mark. Chung gets buffed, luciel is somewhat in the middle and rose gets nerfed but isn’t a glass canon, which is more of a lost than a win.

    What a terrible reboost this has been to no surprise.

    I don’t know how to feel about this reboot Chung wise (CC main here) its hard to accept but then they throw in some good stuff which hard to take. For instance the deletion of Lunatic Blow sure only one class could really use it efficiently but it had good damage behind it in pve and pvp wise. (Ill pray for shimo next time he does a henir run in a video) Along with Berserker’s Strength gone and keep in mind thats a fuck ton of mp thrown into the void never seen again and the appealing side of CC in pvp is, you get hit build up mp and dish it out back and in pve hes a mp guzzler so its nice to have a large tank of mp behind you. Then Advance Metabolic Boost’s Decrease Critical damage received and attack mp gain is gone so the tank isn’t really a tank anymore. But then you get this awakening orb chance which is crazy good because awakening is everything for a Chung. As for the other Chungs they got some good stuff, damage was decreased and increased with speed increased in some parts for FP and Cen got a good cannonball damage increase which he needed cause those things did nothing command wise and speed increases cause was a turtle, but they nerfed his fields debuffs which doesn’t make sense because his whole thing is control over the battlefield. This reboot was a neutral bad CC got a damage increase less tanky, less mp and at this point should just be another damage class no sense in trying to be a tank in current Elsword unless its for pvp. Cen got some damage buffs and good changes then immediately nerfed his fields and FP just got damage added and taken away. But they all got speed, how cool is that! Not good not bad, not happpy a little sad.

    So is mod burning punisher still going to be affected by all skill damage? If so, why add shots putting marks on enemies to mod BP of all skills? It already kills all mobs it attacks and it shouldn’t be used for bossing, so I don’t get the change to that. If they had done this same thing for trick shot and head shot, that would’ve been better.
    Rumble shot from flex to bravery? Inb4 it’s just land demolisher for FP lmao

    Fatal Phantom changes were somewhat weird. For example, his Phantom’s Mark debuff got nerfed from 50% to 40%, however he also got a silver shooter skill damage increase from 10% to 15% in his Liberated Will passive for a net total decrease of -5%.

    The same goes for Death Wish. He went from 15% magical damage increase in berserk mode to 10%. However his Sharpshooter Syndrome now grants a magical damage buff which will may either offset the nerf or can even be outright be a buff which I won’t know until I see the value (the magical damage buff will also apply to party members now).

    Phantom shooter mark being applied without using phantom shooter command skills by using Mod Burning Punisher is nice, it does saves time by not having to apply it manually. Might be AIDS in PvP though.

    Now for Centurion, I would say he got overall buffs. Mobile Shelling getting a nearly 8 times damage increase is pretty nasty. I still think people are going to use red cannon balls to enhance skills like CB and ASMS instead of shelling, but I see it being used a lot more in PvP. Reaction Gloves now works like Death Wish by giving a 15% magical damage increase which is amazing, but I think this was the case because they gutted Tactical Field’s damage increase. Modified Warhead passives gets a damage buff and Commander Tactics gives 150% more awakening charge which makes Cent getting 3 bead a lot more easier. Cent has the most problems gaining 3 beads out of the all the Chung classes so this is very good for him.

    I would say Centurion got the biggest buff even with the Tactical Field nerf.

    Man, CC got some good PvE buffs, some PvP nerfs (which I don’t care about anymore), but oh man… 10 seconds Wonder Wall will be tough to deal with. Couldn’t it be 15s at least KoG? D:

    Well, this and the 50 less MP are whta hurts the most. Besides those, I say CC are one of classes that got it better; in fact, all Chungs got it pretty good so far.
