They literally just swapped the Shadow Bolt numbers and called it a day.

The difference is shown when you think of clearing mobs stacked vertically – now the main damage source will be the spear itself, and not the explosion.
Mainly it won’t affect your gameplay, but when it comes to enemies stacked vertically, it’s actually a good change.
not just good for mobs that are stacked vertically but the main reason why they swap the numbers is because in many cases shadow bolt don’t hit the enemies with the explosion missing the main damage of the skills because of Platform, for example bosses on 12-3 where they are flying if you cast a shadow bolt on them it wont do damage for the reason that shadow bolt will make the explosion the explosion on the bottom platform and in many cases on MR if Bosses are in the edge of a Platform the explosion wont connect
Actually they should nerf EVERYTHING in PvP because as example Hypersonic is already a One Shot but they still are like ‘huh,.. Buff’

in rosso may be her buff is good(still i don’t see parties with NL as a buffer every day, to say least) and her dmg is ok, not good, but fine. but in berthe… lets say if you don’t have friends/guild to take you in berthe, you should be very lucky to even clear it, not to mention farm…
know what’s worst? the worst is the fact that ppl used to say her dmg is good even before she got buffed. you know, she was so bad that even KOG noticed she need a buff, and we talking about developers who ignored HR and Rose for years…

The thing you’re failing to realize is Nisha is a buffer, people might not consider her one but kog does. RT does nothing for the party damage wise, he doesn’t even have a debuff. He is pure dps and you’re complaining because a falling dps(some people dont even consider him a dps might i add) got a 10% boss damage increase when classes like Dayb and DB exist? Make it make sense.
Have you TRIED richter? Strong?! You’re funny. Support classes can out dps this mans. He gives nothing useful to the party. Not only that, since most of his damage comes from self buffs, he has insanely low CP compared to most other classes. Do you know his only reason for even doing a bit of damage? Literally just viert. VIERT SIMULATOR. Literally the only skill he uses for bossing is viert. Nothing else. Gott waffles on very very rare occations. Don’t say nothing if you don’t know about the class. Also go back and check the update history on elwiki and you’ll see the last time he got actual proper changes/buffs was when all classes got reworked which was years ago. When people think of richter they only remember him from his old days. Now he’s utter garbage, unless it’s trosh cuz spalsh damage.

the hell are you talking about? RT got a passive the decrease Werfen cooldown when he use projection attacks. Werfen can get ready in no time if you know what to use after. also Gottwaffe do good dmg as well, especially on big bosses.

gott waffe awerage dmg( to human size target) 15259% full dmg 31870%
mod gott waffe 14137% average and 38361% full
now look at mod fantasy 14953% its not size reliant, so there is no extra dmg to big bosses and that NL’s strongest skills, other braveries are 11-13k%(one bravery is even a summon, not a dmg skill)
know what’s funny about all this? KOG released another giant boss. poor RT, he definitely needs a buff…

LOL. Do you know why no one uses gott? It’s cuz the cast time is around 2-3 seconds. You can’t simply look at numbers and call it a day. You really haven’t played this class enough. Idk why you’re singling out richter for the ONE change he’s gotten in literally years. Just stop. And it’s not like it’s a crazy change cuz he still needs a lot more changes than a 10% boss damage increase. That doesn’t solve that his gameplay is viert simulator.
But… it’s actually used, speaking from experience of high gear Richters using it alongside Viert. Their damage results were excellent.
Plus, on big bosses he can also use Sakrosankt, like every other Ain. Stop thinking that he’s weak. Just because one of his skills is insanely good, doesn’t mean the rest has to be.
I’d love to see increased cast speed of Gott Waffe, but not damage buffs, since he’s got absolutely enough of it.
Let´s be honest. NL just got buffed beacuse RaS mains wanted to do damage. NL was designed to be a very good dps on small bosses (where big bosisng chars don’t do anything) and she performed very good at that. As I said, Kog gave her buffs to make RaS mains change path if they wanted to do dmg while having party buffs. Now, NL is very strong and I don’t see your point about buffing her, maybe you just don’t know how to play her? . RT needed this for sure, his damage was the same as BL (if using only red eid) . The reason you don’t see NL players as supports is because NL IS NOT A SUPPORTIVE CHAR, yes, she has party buffs, but she’s still dps, not as Ras, Nyx , BL, CC. You’re not support just for having party buffs.
a normal patch as usual in the buff/nerf waves they focus in the same characters, the furious blade was a surprise, i just wonder if the 1.2x damage to the skill is better than then maxikization lose. for the shadow bolt i also think its a good change it kinda makes more sense too.
for other character it seem they are buffing them to supply the support nerf we got before, and a small balance patch? are they actuslly following what they said? changing little by little but more often seems better than waiting a whole rework/reborn/remake/etc patch to fix some characters.

“RT is a good dps” is the most delusion i’ve heard in awhile. I’ve mained RT since release, and currently main a well built one. With that being said he isnt a good dps. Anyway can people stop talking about classes they dont play? RT hasnt got a actual damage buff in years and falls flat compared to all the other dps, but a 10% damage buff is the end of the world.
Because Devi is a dps class? No dps class that cant dps yet andbdont provide anything for the party gets taken unless they’re fresh, plus devi is hella busted

if you are sometime in the game you already know you dont have to expect anything good for those characters, specially for unpopular clases.
maybe they will “buff” those jobs but with everyone else too after 6 months like they usually do. or just give another new equipment/system to make weak characters seem strong and strong ones seem a raid whale.
they also tend to overnerf some characters just to make it seem fine later with “strong buffs”, just grind with the character you enjoy and hope one day your class will be noticed by korean sempais who give money/player influx to the game, and expect to not overshine or you will get the same problems like every new charafter except rose…. or just change your character to a good one if you care too much of your efficency.
