Its naturally going to be later in North America. The times and date u see there are for players who play on KR servers while in NA.

If you dont have trascendence or up then you wont unlock “Magical/physical Defense” from the weapon, until you achieve it.

No, that’s not talking about the NA server. The NA date is literally the date North America itself will be on when it starts for those who play the KR version here in America.
Babel is exclusively for the KR server stuff, as KR is the original server. It never talks about any other servers.
That explains why there was no notice about this log-in event on NA.
