Liberator’s damage is ridiculously high at the moment. That 5% nerf is barely going to affect him when he still has insanely high skill damage %, and ignore defense everywhere. He has problems with cooldowns and mana management which I hope will get addressed when they nerf his damage down further. While Herrscher has two more multipliers than Liberator (+30% attack from Befreiung Feld, and 50% damage for every third skill), his skill damage % is still really low in comparison. Liberator needs his skill damage % nerfed a bit, and Herrscher’s buffed a bit.
The Celestia nerf was absolute garbage. All it did was make him slightly less useful as a support. Most likely, they will nerf his support over and over and he will end up being a DPS mage with some support skills instead of a DPS support.
Waiting someday kog to remember that metamorphy exists (forgotten since 2018), for maybe some buff or a possible reboot on some useless skills and passives 🤡

As much as i appreciate Befreiung change, I also found it annoying a bit with 20% atk nerf at maximum stack.
First of all, they should make it 10% per stack but reduce the maximum stack to 3 instead (like what they did to Richter).
Keeping it at 5 maximum stack as usual while nerfing its efficiency sounds not right to me.
Because it means in some circumstances you managed to get an old x5 stacks Befreiung up almost 100% of all time, your dmg output would be dropped after this patch judging from most Prui raid bosses become debuffable now. The 50% def ignore for only Entfernen might not affect much.
But that’s a thing to be discussed later since we still don’t know would it be much better because HR do not need to waste time casting Befreiung within 9 sec anymore and being able to spam only dps skills for at least 20 second.
Will this be able to compensate 20% Atk lost? Let’s see.
But what im sure of is his homing skills for clearing were indirectly nerfed from this, rip Befreiung+Abgrund/Reflexion clearing damage
If they want to make Herrscher easier to play in berthe raid but afraid that he would become OP, at least they should reduce stack limit, not its efficiency per stack.
And by reducing befreiung effectiveness, he will become more trash against ice pillars/cage. Hope they fix this soon.

for an ଘ(੭*ˊᵕˋ)੭* ̀ˋ of death he’s pretty underwhelming. like they buffed his best bravery skills, which are three skills.. but his overall damage still sucks and his strength skills are terrible.
Yeah he’s not really good enough for a +10 either.
They addressed a long-standing concern of needing to use a lot of CDR gimmicks to keep Befreiung up, now it’s double the duration like any sensible HR would’ve suggested. This way, it’s especially easy to keep the stacks in a single target fight of any kind.
All of your complains don’t matter in the actual raid because of El Resonance and imprints. Mana supports are always in raids. Skill cast speed will forever be a confusing complaint because in the end you’re comparing yourself to OTHER characters’ burst windows, not what the character’s baseline DPS is despite their cast times. They also made him more solo DPS than synergy from 3rd job passive changes a while ago.
“Wait and see” is terrible logic though. This is math-based. You see a low ratio and ignore his bonuses (Wechsel, BF, CDR). I’m pretty tired of hearing “HR is bad” when he already has reached top 50 Berthe clear rankings after his initial set of buffs a long time ago. These changes are more for his general playerbase considering you needed WAY TOO MUCH to enable his BF CD and really high stats to make use of his self-buffs to best efficiency.
Isn’t Hr base damage lower than most other magical dps
While going off that the Wachsel situation has improved thanks to the buffs but the disadvantages outweigh the advantages compared to other classes BF for example not sure if the multiplier for allies is also lessened since his overall buff was lowered but still needing 4 -5stacks of a single bravery skill for a now 30% buff to yourself while its lowered to others isn’t what I call great, while others can do it way easier.
Also raid rosso doesn’t matter anymore but berthe does hr kit doesn’t go well in berthe to me bravery hungry. Blah blah bad stuff blah just a wierd spot in general.BUFF NL

This Celestia nerf is so dumb. In fact, every Celestia nerf so far is dumb because they aren’t nerfing the things that need nerfs. They need to bring back the original horary but make void of terror do less damage, and make it so that characters who need to consume their special resources have their special resources set to 0. They need to buff Leon and Gemini so they can actually be useful and left aquarius and scorpio alone. All the aquarius and scorpio nerf did was make him less useful as a support and did nothing to his damage. If they want to balance Celestia’s damage they should’ve just cut the damage of Mod Old Man and Serpentarius in half but right now all they’re doing is nerfing his support just like they did with Bluhen. Everytime they nerf a support character that does too much damage they nerf its support and when they finally realize that they need to nerf their damage they nerf it but don’t bring back its supportive capabilities.
Anyone can explain me why Kog don´t like anything Dominator? Any buff or the changes who they do on he are so usseles.
