Who cares about first job balance, nothing kills you at that level and you’re first job for a whole hour if you’re slow.
That’s actually a buff. His passive was reducing the amount of damage he was taking from Overheat by 75%, now it’s only 5%, so now he will need less time to active his low HP buff.

the point of NI is to purposely do damage to yourself to get buffs while in Overheat. the trick is to balance taking damage and self-damage through Overheat so u dont die. the only time this could be problematic for NI players is if theyre stupid w/ Overheat and use it willy-nilly, plus on top of that theyll be taking damage from mobs/mini boss(es)/boss(es). NI is probably one of the most difficult classes to play because it requires strategy, which sadly isnt a thing in Elsword anymore…

wdym, what they do to RM. he hugely buffed now
1) ERB got a damage increasing trait Instead of like 41%k max hits and it’s now 60%k
2)They’re changing two completely useless mods
3) Rising Slash damage got doubled
4)Pheonix Talon went from 100% ignore defence at a 20% of the time to always 50% defence ignore
5)The taking damage passive is gone and is replaced with a damage stacking passive
6) his main buff skill became vitality
he got buffed to the gods
He got better. More vitality skills and easier setups for more damage now. A friend did give a very good argument about how the sole addition of vitality critical sword is a huge boon by him being able to switch around between Fire Rune, Destruction Special Active, Critical Sword, Destruction special active, repeat. And why is that? well, you only need 1 bar to get the full effect, now that he has those tools he is more efficient. Should also be worth mentioning that Storm Blade being vitality and a ‘install’ is a great addition to his skill slot as well. There are some issues that he still has, but these new changes are welcome. Next update I’ll be expecting a change to Phoenix Talon being also a install type of skill to help with clearing without leaving you stuck in place for a few seconds.
I agree with your point of view on phoneix talon, but if they turn it into an installation skill, it may even be a nerf on some points, because RM doesn’t have great delay skills and some bosses like a drabaki that is a problem. For example, I think if they give mod the ability to burn enemies would be much better, because the normal phoenix version has that effect, and the mod dont. Normal version burn duration is 25 to 30 seconds and that’s great because of your passive, causing 8% more damage to burned enemies and switching to an installation skill doesn’t look too bad
I’m still curious about what that “installation” thing is.. Does it work kinda like Dominator’s Install skills or Prime Operators G skills?

Nisha seems to have gotten a major buff (which she should) -> “Summon’s reaction skill cooldown reduced”. Currently it’s 3s. If it’s dropped to 2s or less, we’re talking some good shit there. This is more hp/mp sustain, more damage, more cooldown reductions. A fair buff as she does not have EtW’s power nor Radiant Soul’s support.

Chung needs no changes. He’s already sitting at the top of one of the best reworks.The only thing they would slap on him are nerfs because they want to make people change to other characters.
The changes are very weird and try to gloss over things imo.
As a Sariel main, I’m not particularly happy with the Energy Needles change, cuz as with most changes, they are only appropriate for users that have their resonance level at AT LEAST 200 and have high end-game gear. To all the new Seraph/Sariel players, RIP… A Photon Flare damage increase won’t change much…

Why hasn’t KoG nerfed Twilight’s Karma skill yet? (ESPECIALLY for “PvP”) The damage of that skill is beyond broken.
Here’s 2 reasons why Karma is the most broken skill that needs to be nerfed (again, especially for PvP).
1st Reason. Damage output for Karma in PvP is 510% damage per hit with 14 Max hits. In total, it sums up to 7,140% damage. Now with Heavy Trait, the damage now extends all the way up to 10,281.6% Damage. Then, this is where Karma is so broken and why I described it “beyond broken.” Her passive (Hunter’s Ability) increases her Karma damage by ANOTHER 20%; making it a total of 12,337.92% Damage… If you think about it, no characters in Elsword in its current situation can come close to Twilight’s 12k% special damage in PvP. Heck, KoG didn’t even touch Twilight at all during this balance patch.

Finally the 2nd Reason. MP gain from using Karma is also broken. (See video above) Upon closer inspection, I’ve determine that her MP gain for Karma, is 15MP her hit. Since Karma has a total of 14 max hits, this means 15MP per hit x 14 max hits = 210 MP back. Again, no characters in Elsword in its current situation can receive a whopping 210mp back from using a bravery special active like that other than Twilight her self. Even that raven didn’t even receive that much MP from Karma’s hits. Karma’s DPS is soo op that it only took 1.5 seconds to eat that Raven’s hp (100% to 0%) I’ve already conducted a experiment with some of my friends and including myself. The time it takes to react and mana break on average happens to be around 1.2 to 2 seconds of reaction time. Then the moment you press Mana break, it w would take another 1 second to reach 100 MP to Mana Break; making it take a 2.2 to 3 seconds to Mana break on average. Then in worst case scenario, it you’re low on Mana, then Mana break would be an almost impossible task against Karma’s DPS.
Karma is “beyond broken” and it needs the Nerf as it deserves. I find no reason for it being justified on how Karma deals 12k% dmg for PvP, gains 210 MP back, and Karma’s DPS being being so fast, that the time to react and press mana break might be too slow before you’re already dead.
Twilight is just one prime example I happen to encounter but If anything, KoG needs to further investigate characters and players and balance/fix these broken things that are still lurking around. I’m aware Twilight isn’t the only one that’s broken as there are various other characters, but the only one I currently encounter during this Re:Boot season that I could label as “Beyond Broken” when especially related to PvP.

In my opinion Twilight is fine! The only thing they should touch is the Karma Mod!
That thing needs a buff and Twilight is not that great in pve so kog compensates her in pvp

First and foremost, while I respect the opinion of your belief in regards to Twilight per say, but to use the “Opinion card” is nothing more than a self-discreet tactic or lazy excuse just to suppress the Truth or False agreement, disregard, then get away with it. That’s quite petty of you and others who does that. I know you’re a Twilight user because you hoped for Karma Mod’s buff. I can tell you were in denial as you weren’t capable of rationally accepting the fact that Karma’s skill is broken as hell. Instead you chose a subtle approach; not withstanding to participate in a discussion on why karma deserves a nerf, then you creep on the Opinion Card — therefore denoting yourself that Twilight is fine in your opinion…
(The Opinion Card is a neutralizer. It is used as an excuse to avoid debates as both person can agree to disagree within the premise by respecting each other’s individual rights of opinions. In this case, if the person is in the wrong and is stubborn to accept the Truth or Falsehood, then their Opinion Card would be the last resort they had in mind.)
Perhaps you should try experimenting Karma’s damage value in a much critical sense during your spare time, yes? Next you’ve mentioned that Twilight is not that great in PvE. I’m baffled by that… How ironic, you do realize Karma IS technically a clearing skill and that alone is by far one of Twilight’s best assets of PvE clearing, due to the width and height size. In fact, you could always use Giant Potion to expand your Karma size as well. As for the Modded version of Karma, that’s more of a bossing utility as the damage is subpar at best. Damage will fluctuate between 3k-4k% for PvP alone (if all hits lend in) and that is still freakin’ OP. I still firmly acknowledge that Karma’s 12k% damage in PvP is busted for it deserves that huge damage nerf it deserves. No other characters and classes currently possess that absurd amount of damage. If you think I’m prejudice because I don’t play Twilight to have enough experience to properly judge Karma’s damage, then why does it usually one shot most seemingly players with average or below defense and less than 80% HP?? You tell me… A really geared and powerful Twilight will most likely obliterate her opponents’ HP by now or leave them with a scar of 30% HP or less to nothing. Look I understand that most of us are attracted to be strong(est). But that desire for too much power and could lend you into a mental state of greed in which one desires for more power, money and so on. Greed — this gratifying nature leads into that corruption sense that one will wants more and often have difficulty accepting their given date that something needs to be removed from them. Such as the inevitable nerf, the inevitable changes, the inevitable age, and so on. Learn to accept, to give, to lose, to deduct, to consider, etc.
So why does FB get animation and hitbox fixes on his skills.

are you even an FL main? Those passives suck ass, unless you’re pvp-ing (but to be honest they suck in pvp too). The new passives is great and ignis with 10% ignore defense is whack, she really needs more good annihilation skill
Bruh Invincible Flame doesnt give those fire stuff anymore in which its hard to get Heart of Fire stacks and ignis annhi 13.5 sec Cooldown SUCKS ASS considering the 10% cd we get from passive. Im not saying the new passive are useless im saying they should just have added it rather than replacing invincible flame.
and yes I’m an FL main you can look at the Balance Forum of KR elesis tabs and see how much FL sucks ass after this patch
Losing invincible fire does not affect Heart of fire stacking at all, since you still have fire stigma, and of course losing gale ignis feels bad, but she needs some anni skills, all of her good skill are gale (save for the blazing duo)
Changing ignis to annhi really suck what they could have done is to fix infernal blade, blaze wing or blaze dance those 3 skill had the potential to be a great skill yet they have low % and feels wonky to use esp infernal blade. Fireplay on the other hand takes so long to explode.
From a dg perspective its even hard ro keep the 3 buffs up cutscene and idle time and ignis the only good clearing skill in varny dg and rigomor is now at a long cooldown
chung’s reboot are nothing compared to other overbuffed passives and buffs classes like metamorphy and shakti.

Empire Sword: All good except one thing, why not make Sword of Victory Gale? They did that to KE’s and IM’s boners why not make Elesis’s boner gale too? She doesn’t have a gale bravery except Unlimited Blade…
Flame Lord: At first I nearly died when i saw it, then I started to really look at it, its pretty good-ish.. Getting used to a Annihilation Ignis will be awkward but I think overall its a good buff, particularly for PvE where she lacks good Annihilation skills.
BQ: First thought it was bad, then thought it was good, then came to my senses and realized its both..

Blood Storm… Its stupid, like really stupid.. it doesn’t need to be gale at all, its just wasted HP and lost damage…
Brandish Breaker… Ok, the damage boost from being Annhilation is nice but now its even more dangerous to use, HP monitoring will now be even more of a chore…
Blood Mastery… Ok ok, firstly not needing to use skills to stay alive is SO GOOD, I can’t even describe how happy I am! But… While when she resurrects its now harder to gain HP AND she takes more damage!? NI GETS HEALING AND HAS HIS DEBUFFS REMOVED WHEN HE REVIVES, WHY CAN’T BQ!!!??? OAO)!?
Also about FB because I also main him. Love the patches, maybe Sonic Slash will now be more viable so I won’t have to use Maximum Cannon for catches.. Love the shockwave cutter damage buff, wish they also gave that buff to mod shockwave cutter..
Other characters I’d like to mention are;
-Richter’s Zweit Schneiden… Why keep changing it..? I like how it is now, its cool and flashy to use..
-Sariel’s Mod Kugel is now viable for PvE, good! I like that version better than the normal one! Normal is slow af to deal damage.. :v And ik someone will say something along the lines of “why would you use any of them in PvE anyways?” The answer is tenacities are cheaper than strengths and braveries because it saves me on pots! ;v
