Streamlining

If the wiki editor were in HTML (or were simpler) and I had editing privileges I would actually try to do what I want to propose on my own, but its not, and I don't. I'd also like to know the general community consensus on how the new character template looks, just in case I'm in the minority.

I personally preferred the old format with this thing >

It was smaller and seemed more compact. On the other hand, I can see where someone would be coming from when wanting to have the base job class names shown too. All in all, I think it could work better with something like this:

  Eve (Another Code)

Code: Exotic

Code: Nemesis

Code: Nemesis
(Transcendence)

Code:
Architecture

Code: Empress

Code: Empress
(Transcendence)

Code: Electra

Code: Battle
Seraph

Code: Battle
Seraph
(Transcendence)

Compact and informative. Thoughts?

Ok if I actually made the whole thing would someone who can edit it be willing to put it in at all or

  • Reason why I changed if from the old version was due to the arrows. They didn't scale up with better resolution monitors. So on wider screens, the arrows would just point at nothing. So I changed it to the current format where the arrows are just a part of each column. Added the base portrait as a bit extra, wasn't necassary in the slightest but I thought it just tied it together better than just having 3 separate columns. • Right, I guess there would be no way to fix that otherwise at this point. I suppose I'll think about it, see if I can come up with a solution as well. Hatoko (talk) 01:25, 2 February 2017 (UTC)

Expand All

Hi, maybe I'm in the minority here, but I'd like an "expand all" button next to the main "Characters" header. I find it slightly annoying to click on "expand" on every character I want to do research on. It could also give newbies a quick way to gain insight of the massive amount of classes. Would it be difficult to implement? --AceDelyar (talk) 23:19, 22 August 2019 (EDT)
