File:TiTSkill5.png	[Buff] Reduces the skill cooldown time of all party members within range and applies the [Time Traveler] buff.
	Time Traveler Records the current HP/MP/DP/Way of the Sword/NF/Cannonballs/Spirit Energy/Mutation Points If a player is defeated during the duration of the skill, they are resurrected with the same status as the recorded point in time. This ability has top priority over other resurrection skills. Records up to 50% of Maximum HP in dungeons, and up to 30% of Maximum HP in the arena. If a player is resurrected with the [Time Traveler] buff, they will have the [Time Sickness] debuff for 120 seconds. Cooldown Reduction is not applied to Hyper/Wedding/Seal of Time skills.
	Overlimit Dynamo Configuration Mode (Awakening), consumes DP for instead of MP.
	Final Enhanced Skill Reduce Time Sickness duration to 45 seconds in PvE.

Tips and Details

• The HP/MP recovery effect will apply after Seal of Time status recording.
• The cooldown reduction also does not apply to Seal of Time itself or Mount attacks.
  • Flexible Movement and Resurrection are also not affected because their activation cooldown is in the form of a debuff.
• Unlike Resurrection, any damage from the last killing hit will not carry over to the HP that last recorded.
  • This buff also still triggers if you normally die by any DoT debuff including from El Shard enchanted weapons.
• Similar to other resurrection passives, you will not be knocked down if Time Traveler activates from a skill that inflicts Stun.
• The Time Sickness debuff prevents players from being able to be revived by this skill's effect. The ability to reduce cooldown time will remain.
• Unlike the debuff of Flexible Movement or Resurrection, the Time Sickness debuff will be removed if the affected player is resurrected normally.
• Cooldown will be initiated on all skills (except Wedding Skill and Hyper Active) upon resurrecting in PvP.
• Cannot be applied at the same time as Benediction (1/2/3/4).
