The tooltip on the NA version is very poorly worded; there is a 25% chance to absorb some of the spent MP, and special actives have 2 times that chance.
- The amount of MP recovered is based on the amount of MP consumed, not the original MP cost of the skill.
This passive can also be triggered when memorizing your skills.
