Forbidden Secret Manual (II) is needed to unlock this skill, available through the Power of Transcendence Skill Quest or Item Mall.

[Mod] Injection Stigma will deal between 3,101% ~ 5,294.8% (1,239% ~ 2,115.4% in PvP) Physical Damage, based on the amount of hits dealt to the enemy while they are branded and taking Blood Hit into account.
The explosion will deal splash damage in a small radius around its focal point. Both stigma and explosion can hit multiple targets, making it effective against tightly grouped enemies.
The branding can affect only up to two targets, so the explosion can only occur up to twice per cast.
If the target is killed by stigma part of the skill, the explosion will still occur, but it'll use Elesis herself as the central point.
- Elesis will not take any damage from this explosion.
- The damage you deal to enemies will still affect the explosion's power.
Due to the majority of damage occurring long after the cast, the Blood Hit's HP cost is extremely low.
