Affected By Action Speed

Despite the tooltip in-game stating the [Enhanced] effect only increases the Shockwave damage, it actually affects the entire skill.
- This is technically a bug, and was supposed to be fixed on the 07/28/2016 KR patch, though the Kick was still affected after that and since the 09/11/2019 patch, the additional Backstep damage is also increased.

The skill is based on DFO's Female Gunner skill Needle Sobat
Sobat is derived from a Japanese wrestling technique known as ローリング・ソバット (lit. Rolling Sobatto), a specific type of "Ushiro-geri" or simply "Back Kick".
The first part of the skill is virtually identical to Backstep before it was changed to an evasion skill.
