Despite being a debuff, Gaze of Abyss only allows the Caster to deal additional damage.
The debuff will be continuously applied in your sight range for a very short time with each tick.
The debuff covers a significant range of more than half of the screen.
The buff is multiplicative and does not contribute to either of the statistics mentioned.

	Between its initial release and the 08/14/2019 KR patch, Gaze of Abyss did not inflict any sort of debuff, instead increasing command/active damage and double hit chance when attacking an enemy's back, while allowing specific skills to turn enemies around.
