Various characters in the Elsword universe that are either unseen, play a very inconsequential role, or appear in other Elsword material other than the game.

Influential key characters in Elsword's main story that are not seen.
- 艾丽娅：The god of light and creator of the material world.
- 赫尼尔：The god of darkness and creator of the demon world.
- 以实玛利：A goddess who served under 艾丽娅. It was Ishmael who truly believed and cared for the material world, she gave the barren land the 艾尔水晶 which brought prosperous life. She would later possess a human girl in an effort to protect 艾里奥斯 as the 艾尔女神.
- 罗索：The El Master of Fire. One of the six protectors of El who worked under the El Lady. The power of fire is the power of passion, and there is joy to prevent the strength of the fire from overflowing. Writer of the the Undying Flame, Recycle Heat, and Phoenix's Affinity skill notes.
- 盖亚：The El Master of Nature. One of the six protectors of El who worked under the 艾尔女神. He possesses the warmth and richness of the land and protects the continent of Elrios.
- 本图斯：The El Master of Wind. One of the six protectors of El who worked under the 艾尔女神 The power of the wind energy keeps the universe in motion. Writer of the Concentrated Air Technique and Weakness Detected skill note.
- 劳德格斯：The father of 劳德劳斯 and previous Lord of Hamel. A humble leader loved by the citizens of 哈梅尔, he was a close friend to 霍雷托. However as his son grew, he saw the Rod Ross did not fit the qualities of protected the secrets of the Water Seal.
- 风之神女：A 卡鲁索部落 woman and 阿诺德兰's mother. She was the previous Wind Priestess before Anduran took on the role. She gave her life during 贝希摩斯暴走时, she was able to seal the 贝希摩斯 in 坡儿高山 to end to conflict before passing away.
- 魔神：The god of the demon world, 斯卡 attempted to summon him but was foiled by the El Search Party and the El Lady. However the demon god would not go down without a fight, before being sealed away he was able to spread his dark influence across the land enraging monsters to a new level of power. This would be the basis for 英雄副本.
外传角色
Characters that play some role in the world of Elsword.
- 库恩巴蓝：Aisha's grandfather and a wise and gifted magician, he traveled the world with his granddaughter Aisha until a mysterious ring took her powers away. Hoping to have his granddaughter's powers recovered, he investigated with her and discovered that the ring was linked to the El. His granddaughter set off on the journey to Ruben.
- 布兰薇 · Erindel：The Elder of the Erindel territory, and the Elder which took interest in Rena's ability to commune with spirits. Due to their diminishing El power, the Elder calls upon Rena to help them retrieve an El so they could remain in the material world.
- 欧文 · Felford：A student of the same military academy as Raven. He is the son of the Felord family who is a reasonably respected noble family in Velder. Not physically built he was a dictionary for tactics. Their friendship however turned out to be a facade as he only saw Raven and Seris as tools. He framed Raven for a crime worthy of the death sentence.
- While given the name Alex in NA, he was not given a proper name, "Owen", in KR till much later.
- 赛里斯：Raven's deceased fiance, she along with the Crow Mercenaries stormed the Velder prison in hopes of freeing Raven. However they were hunted down and Seris was killed by Owen in front of Raven. She met Raven while they both attended a prestigious military academy and was his teammate during the academy's Mock Siege Warfare.
- Seris has been noted as bearing a striking resemblance to Rena.
- 皇女艾尔娣：The princess of the Empyrean empire. When the great disaster started to seep into Empyrean, Ezre was attacked, hoping to find the cause of the disaster, Ezre sent Rose to investigate the dimension of Elrios.
- 克劳德 · 梅森博士：An Empyrean researcher who specialized in researching Elrios. It was due to his efforts that Rose was able to cross the dimensional rift over from her dimension to Elrios.
- 沃尔尼安：An hitman in Lanox who took Ciel in after he had lost his family. Called "Verni" by Ciel, Verni taught Ciel how to cook and also how to fight, but only if he agreed not to use what he taught as a tool for revenge. He would act as Ciel's father figure, trying to steer the child and himself towards a better path until his passing.
- 特莉：Ciel's now deceased younger sister. In their youth, she adored the freshly baked cookies in Lanox but could not afford the expensive cookies. She and Ciel promised that one day they'd be rich and they could bake as many cookies as they wanted. However her life was cut short.
- 莱拉：An elf who lives in a dense forest surrounding Ruben. When Adams stumbled upon the elf domain, he befriended Layla and they bonded over their connection with nature on the world around them. When it came time for Adams to leave, she escorted him out of the forest and they haven't seen since.
- 艾卡修：Father of Elsword and Elesis. He was the one who taught Elesis how to wield a sword and much like his daughter, was a Free Knight for the Velder Kingdom. One day he went off to his post in Velder while the sibling stayed in Ruben.
- 露亚：A childhood friend of Rena, the two in their childhood were very mischievous children in the Elf Village.
- 艾斯克 · 格兰诺尔：Add's father and a very wealthy Nasod Researcher. A man who is very invested in his work and research more than anything else.
- 格蕾丝 · 格兰诺尔：Add's caring mother.
- 发电机：A Nasod created to manage and guide Add when he were to be sent to the library containing massive amounts of Nasod Research the Grenore family had accumulated.
- 安古勒：The demon bat who contracts Aisha when she decides to fall into dark magic as a Void Princess. He wrote the skill note Endless Desire.
- 科内尔：The spirit of the sword Conwell that Sheath Knight possesses. While his physical form is a sword, inside he is an old man who lives in his lab, he doesn't try to concern himself with Elsword's actions but feels the need to warn him when he decides to become consumed in the Dark El.
- Night Savers：An organization of elves that swear to protect the people. Rena joined this group while training in the art of being a Trapping Ranger. Rena would exceed all the member's expectations and their leader would in the end crown Rena with the title of Night Watcher.
- 科宝社长：The President of COBO Services who started the company as a small firm that hired adventures to do various jobs and delivered mail between villages. Ariel describes the president as a good person, however is noted to be working on some outlandish space time project. Ariel states that despite his actions, he doesn't mean anything bad despite what the adventurers might think.
- With the way Ariel describes his actions, he may serve as an allegory for Elsword's Director.
- 诺亚：Once a fierce commander of the Velder army. She conquered all of Lurensia with her military tactics. Her thirst for conquest lead her to go beyond the Lurensia continent and tried to invade Fluone. Her first target was Hamel but due to their superior navy she attempted a sneak attack. It however failed due to Hamel's weather and she died there. Her ship remains wrecked in Noah's Grave to this day.
- Her influence would go beyond her accomplishments as many people and places would be named after her including Lake Noahs and Velder's Ice Princess Noah.
- 阿特拉斯纳斯德开发者：A group of Nasod Developers in Atlas City. Due to the El Search Party meddling with space and time, these researchers were able to travel to the ancient Nasod Defense Fortress of Aero City. There they were able to recover the Nasod Guardian Eltrion, then they rebuild him into Eltrion MK2.
- 雷文的父亲：A powerful warrior among the commoners of Velder, Raven looks up and aspires to be the powerful proud warrior his father once was.
- General Cronwell：Raven's adoptive father and a high ranking general of Velder.
- Lilia：Rena's mother, a caring mother she stood by Rena side when she had grew ill after exhausting herself trying to communicate with the spirits.
- Isilad：Rena's father. When he learned of his daughter's illness he immediately went to ask the elder, Branwen Erindel, for her aid.
- Hooded Man：A mysterious hooded figure that appeared when Aisha found the Ring of Mimir. He appears to have a suspicious amount of knowledge about the Ring of Mimir, he told Aisha the ring was not suited for mire human and walk away with it once it had absorbed her powers.
- 纳斯德支配者：An organization of humans after the Nasod War who aim to eradicate any trace of Nasods. They are composed of people knowledgeable of Nasods who are using their knowledge to dispose anything related to Nasods.
- 艾拉的兄弟：Including Aren, Ara has at least two brothers and 3 sisters. All but Aren would tease her and mock her due to her being not being from the same mother as they were.
- 魔王：The one true ruler of the Demon Realm. He is the one greater power which all the Demon Lords stood under. It was his fall from power which resulted in a power struggle in the Demon World.
- 黑阎王贝伦佳尔德：One of the Demon Realm's four most powerful lords.
- 赤魔王修帝巴尔根：One of the Demon Realm's four most powerful lords.
- 白鬼王阿耶吉尔普：One of the Demon Realm's four most powerful lords.
- 巴尔加特：The demon responsible for incarcerating Lu in chains.
- General Testarossa：Father of Anna Testarossa. A very well established general of the Empyrean empire. Due to his high rank he is often on missions rarely having time to spend with his daughter.
其他角色
Characters with no real bearing on the Elsword world other than the fact they exist.
- 森林女神：A goddess of nature, and the spirit that summons growths of roots out of the ground to trap enemies when called upon.
- 伊利菲亚：A goddess of light, and the spirit which summons a radiant light that rejuvenates allies health when called upon.
- 欧里艾德：A goddess of the earth, and the spirit which shatters the ground underneath enemies when called upon.
- 罗尔：A goddess of lightning, and the spirit which sends a bolt of lightning raining down from the heavens when called upon.
- 死神：Death himself, he is seen briefly when Death Field is cast. He wrote the Death Smile skill note.
- 森林精灵：The beautiful fairy that is called upon with Airelinna, playing her harp she bestows upon allies heath and enhanced fighting abilities.
- Mrs. Rotten：After defeating King Nasod, the El Search Party were staying at a small residence in Velder owned by Mrs. Rotten. She supplied the group with meals while they stayed however hurt her back while moving crates which prompt the event of ElType Vol. 3.
- 伊米尔：The master of Henir's Time and Space's very first incarnation Ymir's Time and Space. Not much is known about Ymir, but the dimension he controlled featured a strange primitive reality reminiscent of Grand Chase.
- His name comes from the character Ymir from Norse mythology.
- 泰迪：The large sentient Teddy Bear who acted as a trader of various rewards during the Luriel's Nightmare, Teddy Bear event.
- 沃尔尼安的朋友：A friend of Wolvernian and another hitman. Due to disputes between various gangs in Lanox, other groups took vengeance on him and killed his family. Blinded with anger and revenge, her charged against the killers to get revenge but was killed himself.
- 海伦的女儿：Nothing is really known about her but she was mentioned by Helen during the Valentines event.
- 佩索普的家人：Pesop used to have both a wife and a daughter. His's wife who died of unmentioned causes. It was her death which led Pesop to use forbidden alchemy to try and revive her, losing both his face and his daughter in the process.
- 利奇：Richian and Rosean's father and the owner of Richie Mines before it was passed down to his son Richian.
- 丽塔：A representative from the game Grand Chase who was present to welcome transferring players to Elsword when the game was closing.
- 赌徒 杰克：Writer of the Momentum Enduration skill note. A man that believes life can as simple as it can be.
- 暴风挑战者 金剑：Writer of the Low Blow Kick I skill notes. Tells people the art of performing a deadly kick to a guy's crotch.
- 斯派克.C：Writer of the Enraged Precision Strike skill note. A fighter who believes the first strike is the most important.
- 用剑达人 多尔多拜：Writer of the Penetrating Blast skill note. A man that puts great emphasis on the perfect angle of attack, much like an eagle diving for its prey.
- 隐匿的炼金术师 克里斯托：Writer of the Burst Enchant skill note. An alchemist who believes he discovered a way to enhance weapons beyond their current established limits. However his work is met with much skepticism.
- 罗及：Writer of the Quantitative Improvement I and Quantitative Improvement II skill note. A nutty magic professor with an eccentric manor of speech.
- 烂醉如泥的剑士 埃尔迪：Writer of the Thoughts on Quality Enhancement I and Thoughts on Quality Enhancement II skill notes. An alcoholic lawyer who seems to be delusional and believes the magic swords summoned by Rising Wave have a mind of their own. Also not one to have very far perception of the future living in the here and now, while still being drunk out of his mind.
- 熟练的猎手 戴琳：Writer of the Blade of Saw skill note. An advocate of pointy sharp swords.
- 魔道学者 奥利弗：Writer of the How to Manipulate Thunder skill note. A scholar of lightning and researcher on how emotions control the output of a magician's lightning pushing for a fearless but controlled approach.
- 赫罗德里恩：Writer of the Explosive Bubble Pop skill note. Teaches of a method manipulating energy in fireballs which pack an explosive punch.
- 大魔法师 霍立科：Writer of the Ion Plasma and Additional Order skill notes. A genius magician who believes in strict discipline over magic. He is not afraid to reach into the realm of science to hone his art. Investigating the properties and principles of Ion and Plasma beams.
- 怪盗 Oath Still：Writer of the I'm taking that! skill note. A thief who prioritized the ability to obtain an item from the shadows over "stealing", comparing the magic ability to his own profession as a thief.
- 残影之提亚：Writer of the Power Drain, Ring of Energy, Magic Smashing skill notes. A Battle Magician who is a little rusty on her moves.
- 隐匿人士 'Wind Shoes'：Writer of the Nimble Landing I skill note. Preaches people to practice the perfect landing.
- 克莱西：Writer of the Nimble Landing II skill note. Suggests a routine workout regiment out jumps.
- 风之斗士：Writer of the Low Blow Kick II skill note.
- 深渊射手 奥尔渊：Writer of the Definition of Explosion I skill note. An archer who has learned secret magic spear techniques. A technique that is not easy to perfect.
- 新月公主 卡琳：Writer of the Pursuing Spirit skill note. A spiritual princess of a distant land. She calls upon the spirits to to aid her.
- 赛格特：A conversation he had with Elesis was transcribed for the Deadly Strike skill note. A master gladiator and ancestor of Elsword and Elesis. He knows all too well that one must seek out an opponent's weakness, and there is no shame in it.
- 冰水晶城堡视频中的人：Video recording used to make the Seed of Frost Explosion skill note. The person seemed to try and create a way to warm their village however it ended up in failure only making the blistering cold worse.
- 暴风赌徒 金来朋：Writer of the New Stance skill note.
- 魔剑士 欧文：Writer of the Pledge of Blood skill note. A swordsman that signed a blood oath for power.
- 逆战的拉里奥：Writer of the Fast Revolving skill note. A leader and tactician, a person that implements all lessons learned and preaches constant practice.
- 混乱射手 K：Writer of the High-Power Electron Beam skill note. A very knowledgeable person when it comes to Nasods, learning how to power up Particle Ray.
- 复仇的拉古尔：Writer of the Heavy Blow and Patience, Patience, Patience skill note. An unbound rage filled man who seeks nothing but to destroy everything in his path and destroy any competent adversaries. He techniques are sadistic and merciless.
- 哈梅尔战斗教官 米尔：Writer of Push and Push, Armor-Piercing, Spirit Cannon, Autosensing Shot, and Special Bombing Ceremony skill notes. An instructor of Hamel's military knowing many physical combat and artillery combat techniques.
- 万能狙击手 布鲁姆：Writer of the Rapid-Firing Support skill note. A sniper who is all about being quick and keeping his allies in a safe zone.
- 红色骑士团教官：Writer of the Blaring Screech skill note.
- 魔奇村庄邮箱：Writer of the Stable Stance skill note... Wait... the mailboxes are sentient?
- 神射手 格雷因：Writer of the Improved Maneuver and Windy Speed skill notes. A good teacher for basic gun stances and a talented horseback rider, one of the fastest horseback riders there are.
- 奇怪的炮兵：Writer of the Unauthorized Bomb skill note. A sketchy behind closed door explosives dealer. Clearly illegal but is selling them for 100ED.
- 刘真 · 韩：Writer of the Second One is Real! skill note. A member of the Haan family and master martial artist. Most likely perished when Ran attacked Fahrmann.
- 拳法家 梅新：Writer of the Wolf's Bite skill note. Brother of Arang and a master martial artist, you don't want to get punched by this guy.
- 红龙 卡利戈：Writer of the Raging Firestorm skill note. A dragon who believes in the unstoppable power of fire.
- He is also the dragon which would inspire the Ice Burners costume, Ignition Caligo.
- 疾风剑 格莱：Write of the Instinctive Charge skill note.
- 没有实力的铁匠 格力：Write of the Skills of the Terminator skill note. A blacksmith who has tried and tried to craft the ultimate equipment however all her attempts have ended with the equipment shattering.
- 古代书籍的作者：Writer of the Imposing Stance skill note. A scholar who has vast knowledge of the phantasm sword. Unlike what many believe, the aura that appear is actually physically real. The scholar discovered that however it works, it is creating a physical sword out of thin air.
- 迷之骑士：Writer of the Swift Swordsmanship skill note. A lazy knight who doesn't care much for using up mana.
- 火之剑士 帕纳特：Writer of the Sharp Blade of Fire skill note. An extremely gifted Pyro Knight who just loves to humble brag about his skills.
- 古代研究报告的作者：Writer of the Gravitational Field skill note. An investigator of black holes and gravity. Intrigued by the dense pull of gravity and how not even light can escape.
- 不知出处的传单的作者：Writer of the Selected Soul skill note. A demon soul seller, he can sell all kinds of soul, even ones he does have, he can just make.
- 亡灵引导者 Laxus：Writer of the Recycling Technology skill note. A spirit that contemplates how easy it is for one's life to be taken away in battle. However being the one who takes souls as well. Realizing that Eschaton is just a mass of many souls, the simple solution would be to add more souls to make it bigger.
- 哈梅尔弹药管理部：A regular customer of COBO Defense. They continue to research and develop the latest and greatest in artillery weaponry.
- 哈梅尔炮击团：Group of air fighter pilots part of the Hamel military. They are set to fire bombing raids whenever a Carpet Bombing is signaled for.
- 血之女帝 莉莉安：Writer of the Blazing Blood skill note.
- 权威魔王 欧里亚斯：Writer of the Equivalent Exchange skill note. A powerful demon king with thirty legions of demons under his command.
- 暗影恶魔：A council a dark nobles which are said to control Elrios from the shadows.
- Their robes are identical to the Dark Shadows Ice Burners set.
- Fred：The son of a noble family and a jock of the military academy. Heavily built he is very arrogant and looks down on other noble families and especially down on commoners like Raven.
- Zohan：Fred's partner for the Mock Siege Warfare. Another arrogant child of nobles.
- Barton：Fred and Zohan's replacement for Owen for the Mock Siege Warfare.
- 格兰诺尔家管家：The Genore family is know to at least have one butler and one maid.
- Sir Branderk：The most powerful lord who is opposing the Velder Kingdom during the Velder civil war.
- Sir Corkus：The leader of the Black Tiger Knights, a faction of elite knights who are opposing the kingdom during the Velder civil war.
- Haan Martial Arts Instructor：The teacher of the Haan family, he teaches Ara along with her step-siblings and Aren. He knows that Ara is quite skills, being able to follow his training perfectly.
- Zhen Family：Another family clan of the Northern Empire Xin. They are rival competitors of the Haan family during the Empire's martial arts tournament.
