[Active] Add fires a missile at his targets. If the missile does not strike the target, it will split itself into 4 mini bombs and travel in a cross formation before exploding.

Dynamo Configuration - Fission Shot can be boosted with the aid of 1 DP Counter and double the number of scattered bombs.
