Language:

	[Passive] Increases the damage of Special Actives when hitting the back of an enemy. Commands and Actives will apply a "Creeping Terror" debuff on enemies.
	Granting Terror Apply Creeping Terror with every hit Target attack power decreased Cooldown of 0.1 seconds, up to 5 stacks Burst of Terror is triggered by Special Actives for additional damage
