Tips and Details
- EMP Shock can also be activated in mid air.
- EMP Shock can be followed up by the Psychic Tracer DP Combos.
- Cooldown extension applies to all skills in skill slots.
- If a skill already has cooldown, the cooldown will be extended if hit by EMP Shock.
- Cooldown extension can only reach a maximum of 20 seconds.
