Tips and Details
- A glitch is causing the increased Burst of Terror damage to be applied to your actual skill damage instead, resulting in immense 170% damage increase to all skills at cap.
- It requires a back attack and Terror of the Abyss from Seal of Terror to increase the damage, however.
