The Cash Shop is basically the place where you spend your hard earned money on random numbers to be placed in KOG's SQL database. In other words, its where you exchange money for in-game items, which may last for a period of time or be permanent depending on how you pay them... Or whenever the server closes or not...
Cash items include Avatars, Skills, Skill Notes, and Bonuses supposedly to enhance gameplay.
