Ruto (or Luto) is an old man with a peculiar mask and a keyblade. He looks suspicously like Glaive.
At Hell Mode, if Ruto appears, he will summon a door which would lead to the "Hell" part of the Hell Mode Secret Dungeon.
All mobs behind the door will +7 in Level contrary to the Hell Mode Secret Dungeon's +5 Level.
