New Skill Info Layout

I just copy and paste the previous format to save time. If it's a new page, i usually use the new format anyways. Sooner of later ill change everything to the more simpler format. Just wish this place uses damn excel to make my life easier.

I didnt. just happened so that someone else edit'd over it after my first revision that i didnt submit yet, and i overwritten it without checking then resubmitted it with the old format.
