It really should be "cool down of special actives increased to 1.5 times of the original'.
- increase to: (the total number: original 10, now increased to 12. It's 12 altogether now)
- increased by : (this number plus the original number: original: 10, increased by 2. So it's 12 now)
Moonlight Rhapsody's cool down in Configuration Mode is 20 seconds (Rounded).
Overlimit skills description
I just noticed in the description of the overlimit skills/pasive, it says "Costumes" instead of "Consume".
