[Passive] Whenever Cruel Slayer activates, the MP cost of the next active is reduced. Whenever Brutal Slayer removes MP from a target, Elsword gains a massive boost to critical rate against it for a few combos. |

Tips and Details
- The critical rate buff only applies to the target that was affected by Harsh Slayer.
- Also affects special actives.
- Combos that can be looped (i.e., ZZZ<>ZZZ<>~) allow nearly infinite critical hits.
- MP cost reduction does not affect special actives and lasts as long as Cruel Slayer is active.
