Tips and Details
- Pandemonium is unlocked through the Intermediate Branch Skill Quest.
- The quest can be obtained at Lv30 from Camilla, the PvP NPC.
- Pandemonium can also be activated in mid-air.
- Great for both PvP and PvE, as it causes confusion and a higher critical rate on the enemy.
- Pandemonium's critical percent increase works best with Grand Archer's Stigma Snipe.
