Tips and Details
- Pandemonium - Chaos can also be activated in mid-air.
- Targets inflicted with Panic will receive addition chance to receive critical damage.
- In PvP, targets who receive the Panic debuff will not be able to control their character properly.
- Great for both PvP and PvE, as it causes confusion and a higher critical rate on the enemy.
- Pandemonium - Chaos's critical percent increase works best with Grand Archer's Stigma Snipe.
