- Recently nerfed and buffed in the 07/28/11 character re-balance patch. MP cost has been reduced to 250 (originally 300), buff time has been increased by 20 seconds (40 total, used to be 20), but its damage has been reduced by 800% (2504 to 1704 at level 5).
