- With the Empowered trait, it can deal up to 11,313.6% (3,619.2% in PvP) Magical Damage.
- As Royal Guard or Chiliarch, with their respective Communication passives at level 4, [Enhanced] Soul Infest can deal up to 10,559.36% (3,377.92% in PvP) Magical Damage, or 12,671.232% (4,053.504% in PvP) Magical Damage with the Empowered trait.
The Soul Shackles debuff takes priority over the Move Slowdown, so only its Jump Speed reduction will actually have any effect. The only time Move Slowdown's Movement Speed reduction would apply is if certain passives were to absorb the Soul Shackles, but not the Move Slowdown, such as an opposing Noblesse's Tribute.
This skill can be countered.
