Hamel, the capital of the Senarth Principality. Hometown of Chung, the sixth playable character of Elsword.
Located in the southern Elios Continent, Pluone, Hamel, known as the city of water is a partially submerged city.
The City is literally built out of a huge rock overflowing with water; some kind of unknown geographical structure that none have ever encountered. Due to the influence of the Dark, the city has been partially submerged and part of it is taken over by the forces of the dark. The area around the Hamel Marina, however, belongs to the rebels of the dark, hoping to fight back their nemesis and rebuild their city of Hamel.
You must be level 49 and have Southern Gate beaten to enter.

Penensio
The Chief of the Red Knights is very diligent and dedicated to safeguarding
Hamel. Penensio was promoted as the chief after his work ethic caught the
attention of the high official Talon. He likes to approach matters in a rational and
logical way. He is currently working with Hamel's damage control center to
restore the city.
Lucy
Lucy
Lucy has been all over the world collecting rare accessories. Her knowledge is
second to none when it comes to accessories. With all the commotion going on
in Hamel, she thought it would be a good opportunity to collect some rare
ancient accessories from the town. She likes to collect anything related to
accessories, from the rarest to the most beautiful kinds. She will even use her
cute looks to her advantage in order get the accessories she wants or to make a sale.
Denka
Denker
An otter alchemist who possesses the knowledge and alchemy insights beyond
human limitation. His curiosity often causes big and small accidents, yet he's
always very calm about it. He is very reserved, with a very gentle personality. He
uses all kinds of slang when he talks.
Horatio
Horace
Horatio's constant smithing is the reason why he's always soaked in sweat. He
aspires to become the best blacksmith in all of Elrios and devotes himself to
creating the best equipment. He has a quiet but cool vibe about him, and his seemingly
ageless muscular body is admired by all the citizens. In Hamel, he is
known as the "Flaming Horatio".

One of Cobo Travel's employees, her multi-tasking, negotiation,
and social skills, make her the perfect woman to handle the El
Search Party's Travel Documents and Guild Registration.
Camilla
The charming but feisty Sparring Area administrator, Camilla, spends most
of her time playing with weapons. This makes her the perfect person to lecture
wannabe heroes who want to acquire additional survival skills. Apply or die!
Luriel, COBO Banker
Luriel is the most trustworthy employee of COBO, entrust your
items with her through COBO Bank Service and she'll keep then safe.
You can deposit and withdraw your items from her anytime. Luriel is also
present in any town for your convenience.

Helen is the travelling merchant who sells essentials for adventurers,
mainly potions that can be used during battle. She can be found in the
Suburbs of any town and whenever you clear a boss monster in any dungeon.
