Important Characters

Influential key characters in Elsword's main story that are not seen.

Rosso: The El Master of Fire. One of the six protectors of El who worked under the El Lady. The power of fire is the power of passion, and there is joy to prevent the strength of the fire from overflowing. He wrote the Undying Flame skill note for Explosive Fist.
Denif: The El Master of Water. One of the six protectors of El who worked under the El Lady. A combination of coolness and intelligence controls the sea so that it does not overflow onto the land.
Ebalon: The El Master of Moon. One of the six protectors of El who worked under the El Lady. The power of the moon gives the people of Elrios comfort and security.
Gaia: The El Master of Nature. One of the six protectors of El who worked under the El Lady. He possesses the warmth and richness of the land and protects the continent of Elrios.
Ventus: The El Master of Wind. One of the six protectors of El who worked under the El Lady. The power of the wind energy keeps the universe in motion.
Lord Rod Gess: The father of Rod Ross and previous Lord of Hamel. A humble leader loved by the citizens of Hamel, he was a close friend to Horatio. However as his son grew, he saw the Rod Ross did not fit the qualities of protected the secrets of the Water Seal.

Side Character

Characters that play some role in the world of Elsword.

Lyla: An elf who lives in a dense forest surrounding Ruben. When Adams stumbled upon the elf domain, he befriended Lyla and they bonded over their connection with nature on the world around them. When it came time for Adams to leave, she escorted him out of the forest and they haven't seen since.

Etna: Writer of the Lava Gusher skill note for Flame Geyser. Mastered the technique of creating wider craters in order to allow larger bursts of fire.
Jake Dr. Gamble: Writer of the Momentum Enduration skill note for Mega Slash. A man that believes life can as simple as it can be.
Emporjacht: Writer of the Swift Foot Stance skill notes for Assault Slash. Knowledgeable of the perfect stance of optimize a forward thrust.
Buff Guy K: Writer of the Low Blow Kick I skill note for Kick. Tells people the art of performing a deadly kick to a guy's crotch.
Spike. C: Writer of the Enraged Precision Strike skill note for Spiral Blast. A fighter who believes the first strike is the most important.
Master of slashing, the stone ax: Writer of the Penetrating Blast skill note for Double Slash. A man that puts great emphasis on the perfect angle of attack, much like an eagle diving for its prey.
Edek D. Stein: Writer of the Soul Ripper skill note for Wind Blade. Revolutionized the method skill attack enemies, not only harming them physically but targeting their mana flow from within.
Secret Alchemist Christo: Writer of the Burst Enchant skill note for Sword Enchant. An alchemist who believes he discovered a way to enhance weapons beyond their current established limits. However his work is met with much skepticism.
Lote: Writer of the Quantitative Improvement I skill note for Rising Slash. His notes however have been lost.
Dead drunk, lawyer Erdin: Writer of the Thoughts on Quality Enhancement I skill note for Rising Wave and Thoughts on Quality Enhancement II skill note for Phantom Sword. An alcoholic lawyer who seems to be delusional and believes the magic swords summoned by Rising Wave have a mind of their own. Also not one to have very far perception of the future living in the here and now, while still being drunk out of his mind.
Darin the Skilled Ranger: Writer of the Blade of Saw skill notes for Sword Shield. An advocate of pointy sharp swords.
