This is Rha. She's my trusty Code Empress. She might not be as op as other characters, but she's still my favorite. I like dressing her up with whatever ib combi looks good, which also means she's the biggest ed consumer of the team. She uses hamel sd lvl80 5/5, legendary perki wep, 3/5 ereda acc, rof, MEL ear jewellery and a MEL oracle.
