Tips and Details
- Cut Tendon is unlocked through the Low Branch Skill Quest. The quest can be obtained at Lv20 from Camilla, the PvP NPC.
- Typically a PvP skill, not that useful in PvE.
- When it Succeed in Pvp the player who has it cannot Run(dash)
