- Effectiveness increase : Increase the boost of the accelerator by 10%
Example, when you have this passive, you used magic accelerator, the 20% bonus will become 22%.
- Take note that it DOES NOT add 10% to the buff (Eg. 20% + 10%) , instead it's [20% + (20 x 10%)].
