The "Cooldown removed when switching to the selected [Eid]" was removed from the [Final Enhanced] description. It never removed the cooldown prior to the patch anyway. | |||

Just Found This Out
The tooltip doesn't state it, but this skill actually does damage when used near an enemy.

NA Patch 02/22/17
The "Cooldown removed when switching to the selected [Eid]" was removed from the [Final Enhanced] description. It never removed the cooldown prior to the patch anyway.
