Just Found This Out
The tooltip doesn't state it, but this skill actually does damage when used near an enemy.
- The damage of the initial cast is already listed in the skill's tooltip (833% Mag. Damage). Rokujou (talk) 01:40, 21 February 2017 (UTC)
