Just Found This Out

The tooltip doesn't state it, but this skill actually does damage when used near an enemy.

• The damage of the initial cast is already listed in the skill's tooltip (833% Mag. Damage). Rokujou (talk) 01:40, 21 February 2017 (UTC)

NA Patch 02/22/17

The "Cooldown removed when switching to the selected [Eid]" was removed from the [Final Enhanced] description. It never removed the cooldown prior to the patch anyway.
