"Because of the incredibly short cooldown, the Powerful trait's penalty does not actually matter, as no [Laby, I'll Help You] skill has a casting time shorter than 1.5 seconds." The issue with this is that the cooldown doesn't start when you press the key, but at a fixed point during the skill where the buff is consumed. For example, Milky Way takes longer than 1.5 seconds overall, but the cooldown starts at a point where the skill still ends before the cooldown does. FlareKyn (talk) 03:54, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
