this needs fact checking. did kog` lock the skill just to save aspiring NWs the trouble of having to unlock CoR, or did they actually make it good again and THEN lock it? I can't afford to reset my skills repeatedly or I'd check it myself. I've seen arguments in the chatango that it's not a garbage skill anymore, but they've been of the "or so I've heard" variety and therefore not suitable as a basis to update the wiki page. | |||
