Talk:Karma/unnerfed or locked while crap?

did kog` unnerf this skill at all when they decided to make it the locked skill instead of Call of Ruin, or did they essentially save TRs the trouble of doing the L40 locked skill quests? only asking because there's a variety of pages with outdated/incomplete info, and I'm not sure if this is one or not. I can't be assed to unlock it and have to shell out to unlearn it if it sucks, just to test. :P
