I just noticed that this page states that Camilla is the one who instructs the Skill Quests. However, while Camilla does give most of the Skill Quests, there are some that are given by different characters, such as how Glave is the quest giver for the "The Ultimate Road" quests for Elsword~Ain. So I was working on a new character (an Add), and I noticed that the level 20, level 30, level 45, and level 60 skill quests have been changed. They now only have two parts, and part 1 of each was changed to clearing a dungeon in your level range, with parts 3~5 being completely removed.
