Adding Tips, there seem to be a lack of any useful ones around here for people to actually LEARN. Also, fixing NA/KR skill differences, they are now one and the same. Looking for data on certain skills.

Also looking for KD rates.
Looking to create the long overdue help page for new editors and old ones who still don't know the editing tools at their base level (without Java).
