To access you need a special scroll (for the hell mode version you'll drop the pass while doing it on normal)
The Major of Elder gives you a repeatable quest that gives you one scroll : - Collect one drop from the boss of 2-4 on Very Hard (***) - Collect 13 drops from the mobs of 2-5 any difficulty (maybe only on Very Hard (***) )
