[Fixed problem where it grants no effect when learned.]
Can someone tell me where was this gotten from, a link or something? It's filed under the Feb 5th update but I can't seem to find that entry in said update. Also, I was under the impression this passive has been working in KR as it should since day one.

It depends of my wondering if this bug has been discovered and gets fixed so far by someone and not via any link
