Tips and Details
- Nuclear is unlocked through the High Branch Skill Quest.
- The quest can be obtained at Lv32 from Camilla, the PvP NPC.
- While outdamaged by Valkyrie's Javelin on larger enemies, Nuclear has greater efficiency on smaller enemies, such as Chloe.
- There is a two second fatigue state after the explosion ends.
