Skill Note
Gives 10MP/s regeneration while in Cloaking, but increases the cooldown to 10s
Additional Notes
- The skill will automatically will be learned at Lv1 by default when a new character is created.
- The execution of this skill gives Eve super armor, but not during the duration of invisibility.
