Tips and Details
- While the buff is active, all Active skills will have a cooldown of 1 second.
- The Rotating Blade portion of this skill can drain HP if Bloody Accel is active.
- The Explosion Attack is affected by the buff, so the damage will always be x1.20 the written damage.
