Tips and Details
- Targets inflicted with Fear will receive a increased critical rate.
- In PvP, targets inflicted with Fear cannot use Actives, Special Actives, or Hyper Actives.
- Pandemonium - Fear can also be activated in mid-air.
- Great for both PvP, as it makes skills unusable and causes a higher critical rate on the enemy.
- Pandemonium - Fear's critical percent increase works best with Grand Archer's Stigma Snipe.
