[Special Active] Elsword casts a Rune in front of him, then explodes it, sending the enemy high up into the air.

Basically the skill version of Rune Splash, but the only change between the two is the damage.
The 2nd hit launches enemies for additional chaining/combo, similar to Air Slash.
