Because the duration of the Arche buffs is 15 seconds, and it only takes 10 seconds to fill up from 0 to 100 while this buff is active, this ensures you will always have the Aer and Mater buffs active while the aura persists.
The buffs are applied shortly after the visual appears. This means that you may not receive the buffs if you get hit when casting the skill, or when casting right before a stage transition.
